Returns
We do not accept item returns. Items are manufactured on demand for you.
Refunds
Our items are manufactured on demand when your order is placed.
The following steps outline the our order and manufacturing process:
1. Order placed
2. Waiting fulfillment
3. Being fulfilled
4. Fulfilled
5. Shipped
6. Delivered
We are able to provide refunds for items in Stage 1 'Order placed' and Stage 2 'Waiting for fulfilment'.
We are not able to provide refunds for any items that are in Stage 3 'Being fulfilled' or any stage after which (Stage 4, Stage 5 or Stage 6) with our supplier. Once the item has entered the manufacturing process we are unable to refund any money paid for the item and for shipping, and the order will continue to be processed.
If you want to cancel an order with EmbarrassingTees contact us urgently through email to jamiecarter7@gmail.com with the title 'Urgent: Order cancellation [order number]'.
We strive to offer high levels of customer service and will act as soon as possible after receiving a cancellation request at the email address above (within expected working hours - Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm GTM +0) to attempt to cancel your order before it reaches Stage 3 'Being fulfilled' (as stated above) with our suppliers. Please be aware that our ordering and manufacturing services are automated and orders will be sent to our manufactures shortly after your order is place.
Cancellations are time critical and the window for cancellation will vary based on factors outside of our control, such factors include things such as workload, location of manufacture and time of year. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jamiecarter7@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When dealing with damaged items we will request photographic evidence from you. By providing photographic evidence you give us explicit permission to share these photos with our suppliers if they request photographic evidence in processing on their end.
The outcome of any investigation, defect, damaged, or wrong will be determined entirely by EmbarrassingTee. You will be notified of the outcome of our investigation. Where we deem remedial action to be a suitable outcome we will inform you of our remedial actions, monetary or otherwise. Remedial action does not guarantee monetary exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
