Shipping policy

Please use the shipping information provided on the website when purchasing the item.

Check your order confirmation email for estimated order shipping times.

Once an order has been shipped by our suppliers you should receive an email that includes a tracking order number that can be used to track the real-time status of your order. Note: Some suppliers can take up to 72 hours to update the information shown on the tracking order form.

Order delivery dates are subject to change and such changes are out of the control of EmbarrassingTees. Time of year (holiday seasons), delivery distance, and natural disasters are just a few of many reason that might cause a delay in you receiving your delivery.

EmbarrassingTees does not provide refunds for items that are delivered later than the expected delivery date.

Multiple item orders

Where multiple items are ordered together the supplier will hold a delivery until all items are ready for shipping. Some items can take longer to manufacture than others and this means that an order for one item may delay the delivery of other items. this is out of our control.

 

When to contact us

Note that some items in our store can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Please contact us if you have not received your item by the end of expected delivery date.

 

Processing your shipping issues

Order shipping issues will be processed on a case by case basis. This may involve you (the buyer) providing additional information, be that written, photographic, video or any combination of evidence as proof to aid the case processing.

EmbarrassingTees will need time to contact manufacturers, suppliers and delivery agents to gather details on the case.

EmbarrassingTees may need to contact local police enforcement agencies where criminal acts have been presumed or have occurred.

By opening a shipping issue you give explicit permission for EmbarrassingTees to contact all companies (and 3rd party agents) and law enforcement agents. By opening a shipping issue you give explicit permission for EmbarrassingTees to share all information we have regarding your order, all information we receive regarding your order from any 3rd party vendors, and all information provided by you, with relevant 3rd parties and law enforcement agents.

EmbarrassingTees will aim to investigate such issues and inform you of the outcome of our investigation within 14 days, this is not a hard limit and investigations may take longer. EmbarrassingTees will decide on remedial action where it is deemed necessary and inform you of such actions. Please see our refund policy for more information.
